The Opportunity The ATS Engineering team is looking for an experienced Manager, Product Management, responsible for building trusted relationships, driving a meticulous product mindset into the daily work of the India product management team, and simplifying and optimizing processes in a matrixed organization.
You will be able to articulate and influence at the executive level (VP, Senior Director) to effect meaningful change especially in areas of business transformation and GenAI / Agentic innovation. You will collaborate with architecture and program management to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate and solve business problems.
Your research and analysis will help identify and prioritize features in product and program roadmaps. You will build impactful business cases factoring in revenue, cost and organizational change, and will partner with delivery teams on the best implementation method and schedule.
You will present and influence decision making across multi-functional business groups and will be critical to promoting a product mentality to internal business applications. Making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, value and schedule are foundational to the success of this role.
You’ll act as the technical forward-thinking leader to develop and promote scalable processes with an emphasis on business value delivery and efficiency. We expect you to lead by example, improve and optimize processes, address technical debt head-on and encourage and promote self-service platform features wherever possible.
