About The Role As the Americas regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Building & Technical Operations, you'll be the driving force behind our workplace infrastructure reliability across multiple regional locations inside North and South America. You'll govern how building services are operated and maintained across the region, providing crucial technical expertise while steering performance against global standards. You will work in close relationship with the individual Location Operations Managers and exchange with the SMEs from other regions.

For Armonk, New York - the estimated base salary range for this position is $118,000 to $178,000. For Kansas City, MO and Fort Wayne, IN - the estimated base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $162,000. The specific salary offered for any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
