At Zepto , we’re scaling rapidly - and we’re looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to build and optimize a high-performance, secure network across our HQ, Mother Hubs, and Darkstore locations.

What you will do?
Configure and manage enterprise network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
Ensure reliable connectivity across Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, VPN, ISP networks
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive uptime improvements
Design and enhance network architecture across multiple warehouse/retail locations
Work on SD-WAN, WLAN integration, HA setups
Define SOPs, KPIs, and proactive monitoring for network health
Collaborate with vendors, lead PoCs, and support network scaling initiatives
Mentor junior engineers and act as escalation point for critical issues
What We’re Looking For:
Strong fundamentals in VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Routing, QoS
Hands-on experience with Cisco / Fortinet / Juniper firewalls
Exposure to wireless networks, security, and access control models
Experience with tools like Wireshark, Zabbix, Ekahau
Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Warehouse environments is a plus
Certifications like CCNA / CCNP are preferred
