At Unbound Academy's tuition-free, fully virtual charter school, students progress rapidly through academics using AI-powered tools, then transition to live, interactive workshops that emphasize life skills, teamwork, and self-assurance. Your role is to ensure these experiences run seamlessly and resonate positively with students.
You'll serve as the vital link throughout the student experience. You'll facilitate transitions, guide small groups, maintain high energy, and provide support when students need motivation or direction. While you won't deliver academic content, your presence is essential to making the model work.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
