Job Description We're looking for an Oracle EBS Core HR /Payroll Technical Architect to support EBS Core HR / Payroll modules for UK public sector clients . You'll need expert knowledge of UK Core HR / Payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Core HR / Payroll guiding & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Your role As an Oracle EBS HCM Technical Architect, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules, specifically Core HR/ Payroll for the UK public sector.
You'll need a deep understanding of all Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle EBS Core HR / Payroll in the UK public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, transitioning from current system and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solution.
