
Role :- Assistant Manager- Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition
• Lead and manage full-funnel growth experiments, from ideation to implementation and
analysis, identifying opportunities to scale the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ad networks, publishers, and partners to optimize
campaign performance and negotiate competitive rates.
• Identify and test new growth channels, platforms, and partnerships to expand reach and
impact.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to align growth strategies
with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Tableau, Google
Analytics, and Appsflyer to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Apply A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine marketing strategies and drive
continuous optimization.
• Analyze marketing and growth data to provide actionable insights for improving ROI and user
engagement.
• Manage media planning, programmatic buying, paid search, and social campaigns (Google
Ads, Facebook, etc.) for effective performance marketing.
What are we looking for –• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
strategies.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven
marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with media buying, ad networks, programmatic advertising, and search
marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented
approach.
• Ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration for business
growth.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with D2C, B2C, or app-based businesses.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Google Ads, and other performance marketing
channels.
