About The Role We are looking for a Lead, Builder ADM to lead a team responsible for enabling enterprise customers to successfully deploy and adopt OpenAI products in the Enterprise.
This role combines technical leadership, customer enablement, and people management . You will build and develop a team of AI Deployment Managers while shaping scalable enablement programs that help organizations operationalize frontier AI technologies across our existing and emerging product suite.
You will work closely with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to ensure customers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and best practices needed to successfully deploy OpenAI products across their organizations.

Growth Path This role is begins as a Lead, Technical ADM with a mandate to establish the global function and manage the first ~5 ICs hired . As the model proves impactful, larger teams, additional regions, and broad ownership of OpenAI’s developer adoption programs may be included in the scope. Success in this role positions the lead to influence how OAI scales expertise globally.
