The kindest thing you can do for a student who achieved 99% of their target is to clarify that it's not finished. If that principle feels harsh, this position won't suit you. If it resonates because you understand that maintaining high standards is how you demonstrate belief in a student's capability, continue reading.
Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete a full day's worth of academics in approximately two hours using adaptive software. No traditional lectures. No printed textbooks. Your role covers what technology cannot: developing life skills in children such as public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange. You'll facilitate interactive workshops, drive students toward their learning targets, and establish relationships that transform a reserved fourth grader into someone who presents with confidence before adult audiences.
This position grows over time. During your first year, you'll guide a small student cohort and internalize Alpha's methodology: life skill workshops, motivational coaching sessions, mastery-based evaluations. Once you demonstrate the ability to hold every student accountable to 100% goal completion while maintaining satisfaction ratings above 90%, advancement to Lead Guide becomes possible—a role where you mentor a team while remaining directly engaged with students. Top performers don't merely impact individual students; they influence how an entire campus functions.
Traditional schools don't offer this opportunity. If you've spent time coaching, counseling, or mentoring children and want to eliminate instructional teaching in favor of genuine development work, this role offers that chance.
