About The Role We are seeking a Powertrain Service Center Authorization Agent that is responsible for the authorization of Dealer Warranty repairs for a major U.S.-based OEM vehicles. The repair requests will be submitted live from the Dealer and assessed again through the OEM’s warranty policy based on technical merit and thoroughness.
The agent is expected to provide live support to the OEM’s Dealers with questions related to submitted pre-authorization requests. This opportunity is open to individuals located in the Midwest/South/Northeast/West Regions of the United States (USA) .
Additionally, the role requires access to reliable internet and the ability to manage all responsibilities from a home office. The project hours of operations will be Monday – Friday , in which candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time .
Contractors will be engaged and paid for by a third-party payroll supplier, Eteams , which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
