The Leadership and Employee Communications Specialist serves as a strategic business partner to internal business clients and is responsible for providing the communication planning and implementation support necessary to advance functional, strategic and operational goals. This position reports to the Leadership and Employee Communications Manager.
The successful candidate will be a strong writer who develops issue- or event-specific communication plans for both internal and external audiences and ensures client communications align with company strategy and branding. This person must be able to understand complex business messages and deliver them to broad internal audiences in an easy-to-comprehend and effective fashion.
The candidate will work closely with internal clients and region contacts to provide support on key initiatives; organize internal and external events as needed; create messaging for multiple channels, including video, social media platforms and contribute extensive editorial assistance to online publications.
The role requires strong writing, copy-editing and PowerPoint presentation skills; the ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Qualifications
