Content at GoKwik is not support marketing—it is a scalable growth moat powered by GenAI. This role is responsible for building GoKwik into India’s most authoritative D2C and eCommerce knowledge platform through search-dominating content, high-velocity execution, and education-led growth. This is not a blog-writing role. This is a category-building mandate. Done right, this function will become GoKwik’s lowest CAC acquisition channel, establish long-term brand authority, and drive measurable pipeline impact through AI-first content systems.
What You’ll Own
AI-Integrated SEO Strategy
- Design and execute a long-term SEO and organic growth strategy leveraging GenAI for scale
- Use predictive content modelling to identify emerging search intent and high-opportunity topics
Category Authority
- Build GoKwik into a top-ranking authority across D2C eCommerce, CRO, checkout, retention marketing, customer acquisition, and payments
- Create high-quality founder-first narratives that drive trust and credibility
Search-Dominating Content Architecture
- Own the end-to-end content architecture including pillar pages, topic clusters, and long-form SEO frameworks
- Use AI-assisted drafting to maximise speed without compromising quality
GenAI Workflow & Governance
- Define editorial guidelines, content standards, and a distinct brand voice
- Build GenAI governance practices to ensure ethical, accurate, and high-quality content output
Scale Education as a Growth Channel
- Launch and scale GoKwik’s education ecosystem including blogs, playbooks, webinars, and frameworks
- Build systems to integrate education content into email journeys and lifecycle marketing programs
Insight-to-Content Pipeline
- Partner with Product, Data, Sales, and Leadership to convert internal insights into high-authority content
- Use LLMs to accelerate synthesis of data into reports, playbooks, and market insights
Team Leadership
- Build, manage, and train a team of content specialists and freelancers
- Drive adoption of best-in-class AI content workflows and prompt engineering practices
Performance Tracking & ROI Ownership
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and content-led pipeline contribution
- Measure content-attributed MQL impact, efficiency gains, and ROI from AI-driven content initiatives
Who You Are
- 6–10 years of experience in content, SEO, or growth marketing (SaaS/D2C preferred)
- Strong hands-on understanding of SEO strategy, search intent, and content clustering frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable results
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to refine AI-generated content into authoritative output
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex B2B commerce topics
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating in a 0→1 function-building environment
- Strong proficiency in prompt engineering and GenAI content workflows
- Experience building scalable human + AI operating models for content production
