About The Team Our Data Services team is expanding, and we are forming a new squad in India. We work collaboratively, support each other’s growth, and value different perspectives. In this role, you will help lead operations, contributing to technical, project, and team activities in a supportive environment.

About The Role As a Senior Software Engineer I, you will help design, develop, and maintain software solutions that have a real impact. You will work in cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to projects that make a difference for our users. Your input will help drive innovation and improve our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions as part of a collaborative team.
• Help resolve issues reported by users.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and learning sessions with colleagues.
• Contribute to project planning by providing analysis and estimates.
• Support other teams when needed.
• Continuously suggest ideas for improving our products and processes.

Requirements

• Experience with .NET 10 (or .NET 4.8; we are currently upgrading), and front-end development using Angular 19+ (including SPA and RxJS).
• Familiarity with databases such as MSSQL or PostgreSQL, and experience designing and integrating APIs.
• Understanding running APIs in containers, CI/CD practices, asynchronous communication, and messaging queues.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (such as XUnit, NUnit, or MSUnit), and basic knowledge of Docker.
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Kibana or Grafana, and experience building user interfaces for both customer-facing and internal systems.
• Ability to create efficient and reusable front-end systems, and work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in software development.
• Willingness to participate in non-coding tasks such as documentation, presentations, and sharing knowledge with others.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with test automation.
• Background in performance optimization.
• Understanding UX/UI best practices.
• Familiarity with Terraform.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Exposure to the European market (Dutch experience a plus but not required).
