Minimum 4-5 years of development experience in Datastage ETL tool..
Design, develop, and maintain DataStage ETL jobs according to specifications.
Hands on experience in designing parallel, server and sequence jobs.
Optimize existing DataStage jobs for performance.
Troubleshoot DataStage job failures and provide root cause analysis.
Work with the development team to ensure that all DataStage jobs adhere to company standards and best practices.
Ability to coordinate and interact with a large team consisting of customers, business manager, business analysts, project manager, testers at both Onsite/Offshore.
Provide support for production DataStage jobs as needed.
Hands on experience and knowledge in UNIX and SQL concepts.
Maintain documentation for all developed jobs.
Provide support for ongoing data loads and issue resolution.
Helping project leaders with project timeframes and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, flexible , ability to work with minimum supervision and a team player.
Familiar and working experience with Agile concepts.
