About the role

Location: Hyderabad;

Role Overview The Project Manager will own endtoend delivery of creative, content, and digital initiatives in a regulated pharmaceutical environment , acting as the single orchestration point between brand stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive delivery from intake and planning through execution, MLR/LMR review, approval, and release
Orchestrate crossfunctional teams across creative, content, UX/UI, web, and digital production
Manage MLR/LMR workflows , version control, audit trails, and compliance documentation
Act as the primary interface between brand, medical, legal, regulatory, agencies, and delivery teams
Own scope, timelines, resourcing, risks, dependencies, and change control
Ensure assets are onbrand, compliant, highquality, and delivered on time
Track delivery metrics (cycle time, firstpass approvals, rework, throughput) and drive continuous improvement

Required Experience

project management experience, with strong life sciences/pharma exposure and a deep understanding of pharma content lifecycles: claims development, annotations/references, fair balance, labeling-driven changes, expiry/refresh, country adaptation.
Experience with scaled delivery models (POD-based structures with a PM per POD).
Comfort operating in high-volume, high-urgency environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Proven delivery of creative, content, and digital marketing assets in regulated environments
Handson experience managing MLR/LMR processes (Veeva or similar workflows preferred)
Strong stakeholder management, planning, and execution skills
Work management: Workfront / Jira / Azure DevOps / Smartsheet / MS Project (any comparable)
Collaboration: Teams, SharePoint, Confluence
Review/approval platforms (preferred): Veeva-style workflows and regulated approval systems.
Creative and digital collaboration awareness (not hands-on required): Figma/Adobe ecosystem basics, DAM basics.

Reporting, Metrics & Operational Excellence

Build dashboards and reporting packs:
Ontime delivery %, cycle time, firstpass approval rate, rework rate, throughput by asset type, aging in review, and backlog health.
Identify systemic bottlenecks (e.g., review latency, unclear briefs, rework drivers) and implement fixes.
Standardize ways of working with templates, asset checklists, and process handbooks to reduce errors and improve predictability.

Therapeutic & Domain Experience (Required)

Cardiovascular, Immunology, Oncology (Hematology and Solid Tumors), Neuroscience
Experience supporting labelupdate led revisions across asset families and channels
Comfort operating in regulated promotional/nonpromotional content environments and review cycles

Deliverables You Will Own (Typical)

Project charter / kickoff pack, resourcing plan, integrated schedule, decision log, action tracker
MLR submission package (final files, annotations, references, change summaries) & approval archive
Weekly status reports and leadership readouts
Release readiness checklist and handover notes to publishing/ops
