The Building Automation- Marketing Services Leader is a strategic leadership role at Honeywell, responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. As the Director of Customer Marketing, you will lead a team in developing and executing customer-centric marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. You will report directly to our Senior Director Customer Marketing and you’ll work out of either the Atlanta, GA, Plymouth, MN, or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
• Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000-$180,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
