We are looking for: Senior SAP GTS S/4HANA ConsultantYou’ll make an impact by:
Owning the end‑to‑end design and IT implementation of export control and customs processes using SAP GTS (S/4HANA), ensuring compliance, efficiency, and business alignment.
Delivering SAP GTS implementation, migration, and support projects for global clients across diverse industries.
Architecting and designing tailored SAP GTS solutions, aligned with enterprise trade compliance and customs requirements.
Integrating SAP GTS with core internal SAP systems, including Master Data and S/4HANA modules such as FI, SD, MM, EWM, and TM.
Enabling seamless collaboration with external systems, including customs authorities, brokers, content providers, and middleware platforms (e.g., Seeburger BIS).
Providing expert consulting on customs management, export control, and international trade compliance, supporting business-critical decisions.
Leading client workshops, including requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and build validation.
Mentoring and guiding external consultants and developers, contributing to solution quality and team capability building.
Collaborating in cross‑functional and multicultural global delivery teams, supporting large-scale, international SAP programs.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
10+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP GTS (11.0 and S/4HANA edition), covering configuration, implementation, enhancements, and support.
Deep expertise in end‑to‑end customs and export control processes, with strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance frameworks.
A proven track record of delivering SAP GTS implementations for international clients, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or logistics environments.
Good functional understanding of neighboring domains, such as logistics, supply chain management, tax, and finance, including processes like L2C, R2R, and P2P.
Strong experience in requirements engineering, IT solution design, and project delivery, combined with a customer‑focused mindset.
Hands‑on ABAP development skills, including reports, enhancements, debugging, and performance optimization within SAP landscapes.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, enabling you to address complex compliance and integration challenges.
Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders across locations.
Advanced English proficiency, enabling effective communication with global clients and partners.
An agile and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in cross‑functional and international team settings.
