Job Description
The Project Manager & Implementation Specialist at Qure.ai will lead the end-to-end deployment of Qure.ai’s AI-driven healthcare solutions across hospitals, radiology networks, and public health systems. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, stakeholder communication, and successful solution implementation — ensuring each deployment meets clinical, technical, and operational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with healthcare IT expertise, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is passionate about using technology to improve healthcare outcomes. They will serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, driving adoption, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every implementation delivers measurable impact and long-term success.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end project management for Qure.ai’s AI solutions across hospitals, radiology networks, and public health systems.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in alignment with client goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality and compliance standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among clinical, technical, and business teams.
Implementation & Deployment
- Oversee installation, configuration, and validation of Qure.ai’s AI solutions (e.g., qXR, qCT, qER, qTrack) within healthcare environments.
- Coordinate with hospital IT teams for PACS/RIS/EMR integration and ensure compliance with data security and regulatory protocols.
- Conduct site readiness assessments, workflow mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage go-live processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operational handover to support teams.
- Monitor solution performance post-deployment, collect feedback, and implement optimization plans.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders — including clinicians, radiologists, IT leads, and administrators.
- Facilitate regular progress reviews, status updates, and feedback sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure client expectations are met through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Commercial teams to identify and support expansion opportunities.
Training & Adoption
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for end users, focusing on clinical workflows and best practices.
- Create onboarding materials, implementation playbooks, and training documentation.
- Support adoption tracking and user engagement measurement through surveys and analytics.
- Promote clinical and operational adoption to maximize solution impact and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to align customer requirements with technical capabilities.
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to ensure project adherence to global healthcare standards (HIPAA, etc.).
- Share feedback and lessons learned from implementations to inform product improvements and operational excellence.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including project timelines, adoption rates, and clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits, customer reviews, and internal assessments.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the evolution of Qure.ai’s implementation frameworks.
- Mentor new implementation team members and support knowledge-sharing across regions.
Skills & Expertise
Core Project Management
- Proven ability to manage complex healthcare technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills with a detailoriented mindset.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups across time zones.
Implementation Expertise
- Hands-on experience deploying AI or healthcare software solutions in hospital or diagnostic environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and standards — PACS, RIS, HL7, DICOM, and EMR/EHR integrations.
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing, workflow mapping, and post-launch optimization.
- Ability to translate clinical requirements into technical execution plans.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to engage with clinicians, radiologists, IT teams, and senior hospital administrators.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, scope negotiation, and managing executive-level updates.
