The SaaS sector is changing quickly, and conventional SaaSOps organizations find themselves unable to match the pace, depending on manual workflows and reactive problem-solving rather than proactive, AI-powered automation. Organizations are hemorrhaging millions through inefficient cloud operations, enduring preventable outages, and failing to scale rapidly enough to sustain ambitious expansion. Trilogy is taking a different path—acquiring no fewer than one SaaS company each month and fully committing to AI transformation to construct the most sophisticated, automated SaaS Ops capability in the market.
Trilogy manages a portfolio of SaaS businesses, each featuring distinct architecture, clientele, and operational complexities. Rather than viewing SaaS Ops as a cost center, we recognize it as a strategic differentiator. We are constructing a world-class, AI-enabled SaaS Ops function engineered to maximize availability, streamline operations, and optimize cloud expenditure across dozens of products. This represents an opportunity to define and implement SaaS Ops strategy at scale, utilizing automation, AI, and elite operational design to establish a new industry benchmark.
This is not a corporate IT or infrastructure oversight position. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who has established and owned SaaS Ops at a SaaS company, not merely participated as a team member. The ideal candidate is a technical expert first, a leader second—someone who excels at designing scalable systems, integrating automation, and making critical operational decisions. You'll be accountable for defining the future of SaaS Ops across a diverse portfolio of SaaS businesses, ensuring frictionless product integrations, and deploying AI to create an automated, highly efficient operations engine.
You'll collaborate alongside world-class peers across Engineering, Product, and C-Suite leadership to shape and deliver this vision. If you possess strong convictions on how SaaS Ops should be executed, embrace the challenge of optimizing multi-product environments, and are energized to be at the forefront of AI-driven operations, this is the role for you. Apply now to claim ownership of a career-defining opportunity.
