Why This Role Matters
Identity and engagement sit at the core of how digital commerce converts visitors into loyal customers. As Product Manager for Identity, Engagement & Growth Infra, you’ll build the systems that power personalization, unlock retention, and enable monetizable audience cohorts. This is one of GoKwik’s most strategically critical charters—central to our AI-powered commerce stack—where identity resolution, segmentation, and activation converge to drive growth and GMV.
What You’ll Own
- Strategy & Roadmap – Define and evolve the product vision for identity resolution, user engagement, and monetization infra across web, app, and marketing surfaces.
- Product Development – Build scalable systems for seamless login, personalized nudges, engagement modules, and ad-ready cohorts using AI-powered segmentation.
- Revenue Enablement – Drive higher conversions, improve returning user retention, and create performance-ready cohorts for monetization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with engineering, design, data, GTM, and merchant success teams to ship impactful features and integrations at scale.
- Customer Experience – Deliver frictionless login and real-time personalization that reduce friction and enhance engagement.
- Metrics & Data – Define and monitor KPIs like identification rate, returning user CVR, engagement CTR, ad cohort quality, and monetization impact; use experimentation and analytics to iterate fast.
- Go-to-Market Enablement – Support launches, drive adoption across merchants, and create enablement material for onboarding and education.
Who You Are
- Product Strategy: 2–4 years of experience managing high-scale digital products, with a focus on growth, identity, or complex interaction layers.
- Technical Literacy: Hands-on experience with APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and the practical application of LLMs for intent mapping and personalization.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in using experimentation and journey analytics to move core KPIs such as Identification Rate and Conversion Value.
- Systems Thinking: The ability to design modular, "headless" systems that maintain performance and brand-specific context across a massive merchant ecosystem.
- AI Application - Experience in building AI products around recommendation, personalisation or customer profiling.
