Responsible AI Technical Expert
The Responsible AI Technical Expert combines hands-on technical tool development with technical orchestration within the RAI Office, enabling that AI governance, risk management, and compliance capabilities are effectively embedded across the end-to-end AI lifecycle across the enterprise.
This role is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, upgrading and expanding the technical backbone for Responsible AI practices and influence technical direction across teams, and contribute to shaping enterprise-wide Responsible AI capabilities.
Your Role
Take care of the technical maturity of the RAI Office tooling: hands-on upgrading and strengthening it further.
Collaborate with third-parties and Philips platform teams on realizing technical requirements to support and improve our platforms and tools, considering interoperability and scalability of tools across diverse business contexts.
Support the embedding of RAI principles across the AI lifecycle via technical expertise.
Work closely together with the other members of the RAI Office to determine and execute the technical strategy for the RAI Office tooling to optimally serve the intended purpose matched to the demands from the Philips stakeholders in the business units & functions.
Contribute to developing & promoting good machine learning practices (GMLP) in the organization, and team up – together with other members of the RAI Office - with Business GMLP Ambassadors where needed.
Contribute to the data management, dashboarding and tooling development for AI energy consumption measurements across the AI lifecycle
You're The Right Fit If
Master's or PhD in a relevant academic field, e.g. Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence.
6+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
2+ years of hands-on experience with building data platforms, dashboards, or workflow systems for governance and monitoring.
2+ years of experience in designing and deploying secure apps in Microsoft PowerApps/Dataverse with role-based access, approval workflows, and CI/CD (ALM) pipelines.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI lifecycle and associated risks and controls.
2+ years of experience with Good Machine Learning Practices such as data quality & management, risk management, bias measuring and mitigation, and post-deployment monitoring.
A plus point is experience with green computing principles and optimizing workloads across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments for energy efficiency is an advantage, as is familiarity with measuring the energy consumption and carbon footprint of AI and software systems.
A plus point is additional experience with software development on Salesforce platform.
