Roles & Responsibilities

Drive and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop and execute deliverables tailored to client objectives, bring a steady mix of monthly goal achievement threads while simultaneously pursing long term conversations for the key brands.
Ensure high accountability in delivering campaign plans as per alignment with the brands, be known for best client servicing.
Build and nurture relationships through in-person meetings, presentations.
Become an expert in the industry(s) assigned, unlock new products/ideas that will bring brand retention + get new brands to the platform.

Qualification and Skills -

Experience: Proven expertise in digital ad sales, with a track record of meeting & exceeding targets.
Go-Getter Attitude: Strong self-motivation and resilience in pursuing opportunities.
Accountability: Ability to own up end to end conversations with brands/agencies, deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Open to candidates from non-ad sales backgrounds, provided they are quick learners, passionate, and eager to contribute.
