About The Role Audible is seeking a Senior Creative, Art individual who will be a conceptual leader responsible for shaping bold, original visual ideas that drive brand impact across all channels. They partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and creative leadership to translate insights into compelling, integrated campaigns—from film and social to digital, experiential, and print. This role sets the visual standard, ensuring craft, consistency, and cultural relevance at every touchpoint. The Senior Art Director elevates team output through clear direction and feedback and confidently presents work to clients and senior stakeholders. They are hands-on in design and execution, fluent in modern tools, A.I. and platforms, and obsessive about detail. Above all, they push ideas further—challenging briefs, refining concepts, and delivering work that is both strategically sound and creatively exceptional.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
