About the role: Senior Engineering Manager In order to build agentic applications, we need to be able to ingest, index and serve large volumes of data, enable agents and automations to fetch, reason, process user and system events as well as analyze and aggregate the data to unlock intelligence. All this, while giving full control to customers to customize and model their business on top of DevRev.
We are looking for experienced engineering leaders who are passionate about building fast, reliable, and personalizable platforms, and can help their teams deliver customer delight.
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of senior to early-career high-performing engineers tackling these challenges. You will be an engineer first — capable of designing and building alongside your team, while also driving technical direction, execution excellence, and team development. You will blend deep technical judgment with empathy for both engineers and customers, ensuring that our backend and frontend systems are elegant, scalable, and deliver measurable customer impact.
