Summary: The Transportation Manager is responsible for the overall performance of all activities associated with the management of fleet and driver operations. This role plans, organizes, directs, and controls customer delivery activities. This individual assists senior management in establishing performance objectives and safety standards. This individual is also accountable for achieving prescribed company objectives regarding safety, cost, productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises 30+ employees within MGF Operations Full Truck Load Transportation. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising office staff performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $77,000*
