Alpha leverages AI-driven 1:1 learning to enable students to complete core academics in roughly two hours daily. This structure opens the remainder of each day for life skills, passion projects, and meaningful development. At Alpha's most demanding campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor whose own track record defines excellence: someone capable of gauging group dynamics, establishing expectations, and guiding them through resistance, distraction, and doubt.
Your role is not to teach content; it is to coach, challenge, and hold students to the same rigorous standard you've maintained for yourself. You will dedicate 80% of your time to direct 1-on-1 coaching, small-group sessions, and life-skills workshops. The remaining 20% involves setting each day's tone through focused morning kickoffs that create a culture where mediocrity has no place.
The trajectory here is not about advancing into management. It centers on depth. You begin by mastering Alpha's approach and earning students' trust. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
