About The Team You’ll work in one of our operational sites - the heart of Amazon’s customer experience - leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Our operations include everything from fulfilment centres and delivery stations to corporate support teams. Each site provides unique opportunities to learn, lead, and deliver results. While you’ll be placed within a specific site, you’ll collaborate with leaders across Amazon’s network to share ideas and best practices.
Successful apprentices may progress into management roles across our operations network or other business functions, continuing to grow their leadership and business expertise within Amazon.
