What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying trends in student literacy and composition data through AI analysis, converting these discoveries into innovative approaches that reshape English language pedagogy and literary comprehension.
• Building AI-enhanced tools that respond to diverse learning preferences, making grammatical concepts intuitive, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary interpretation reachable for learners across all proficiency levels.
• Developing responsive learning sequences that adjust in real-time, moving students from foundational phonics through sophisticated textual interpretation, ensuring every learner advances at the ideal rate.
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of instructors, language specialists, and AI technologists to expand the possibilities of language instruction, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of learners.
• Converting classic and modern literary works into interactive, AI-augmented learning experiences that both instruct students and spark their enthusiasm for reading and composition.

• Overseeing conventional English curricula or performing administrative functions—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction and learning within our accelerated framework.

• Concentrating exclusively on abstract concepts—each AI solution you create will directly influence how students comprehend and utilize language competencies in practical contexts, all within the 2 Hour Learning structure.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities Lead quantifiable advancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in competency development across multiple areas (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning using the LLM APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
