Key Responsibilities
1. Business Planning & Campaign Strategy
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning for in-app campaigns, merchandising, and growth initiatives.
- Assist in building campaign calendars aligned with key events, festivals, and business priorities.
- Leverage past campaign data and insights to improve planning, targeting, and overall effectiveness.
- Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and execution plans.
2. In-App Merchandising & Campaign Execution
- Manage execution of in-app merchandising and storefront layouts to drive conversions and enhance customer experience.
- Support planning and rollout of storefront strategy for events, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CVR, and offer redemptions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with supply, category, and discounting teams to ensure seamless execution.
3. Performance Tracking & Business Reviews
- Track widget-level and campaign-level performance on a regular basis.
- Analyze past data and derive actionable insights to improve ongoing and future campaigns.
- Support RCA discussions with cross-functional and city teams to identify performance gaps.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central coordinator across Sales, Marketing, Supply, Category, and Operations teams.
- Ensure timely communication, alignment, and execution of campaigns across stakeholders.
- Follow up on deliverables, resolve execution bottlenecks, and ensure campaign readiness.
5. Process Excellence & SOP Creation
- Set up and streamline new processes to improve campaign planning and execution efficiency.
- Create and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows and campaign operations.
- Identify areas for automation and process improvements based on past learnings.
- Ensure consistency and scalability in execution through structured processes.
6. Budgeting & Execution Support
- Assist in budget planning and allocation across cities and campaigns.
- Track utilization and ensure efficient deployment of budgets across ATL/BTL activities.
- Support execution of initiatives aimed at driving growth, engagement, and market share.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business planning, campaign strategy, category management, program management or growth roles.
- Strong exposure to campaign planning, merchandising, and large-scale execution.
- Experience owning business metrics, budgets, or growth charters end-to-end.
- Prior experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, food-tech, or consumer internet is a plus
