Role Overview
The Infrastructure team is seeking a Vice President to support the sourcing, execution, and portfolio management of infrastructure investments across core, core‑plus, and value‑add strategies. The VP will play a hands‑on role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior deal team members and portfolio company management teams
Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Execution
Lead and support all aspects of the investment process, including:
Deal sourcing and screening
Financial modeling and valuation
Commercial, technical, regulatory, ESG, and legal diligence
Transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution
Prepare and present investment materials for internal review and Investment Committee.
Portfolio Management
Actively support portfolio companies post‑close, including:
Board participation and observer roles
Strategic initiatives, acquisitions, financings, and exits
Ongoing performance monitoring and valuation analysis
Coordinate with internal partners (Capital Markets, ESG, Risk, Legal, Operations).
Market & Sector Work
Develop deep expertise across infrastructure subsectors (e.g., energy transition, power, utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure).
Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
Support thematic research and proactive sourcing initiatives.
Team Leadership
Mentor and oversee Associates and Analysts.
Work collaboratively across global Infrastructure and Alternatives teams.
Qualifications & Experience
7–10+ years of total experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, energy/transition investing, or related sectors.
Prior experience at:
Infrastructure private equity or infrastructure credit funds
Private equity funds with strong infrastructure exposure
Investment banking (Infrastructure / Power / Energy / Sponsors), with buyside experience preferred
