The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer 1 (Full Stack) to join our Demand Side Platform (DSP) team. DSP is a technology platform that enables advertisers and agencies to programmatically purchase and manage digital advertising inventory across multiple ad exchanges and supply sources.
Our DSP team operates at a massive scale, processing over 1.5 billion ad requests daily. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building intelligent systems that make split-second decisions on ad delivery—determining the optimal ad to serve to each user, at precisely the right moment, at the right price point, and in the most effective format. Your work will directly power the real-time decisioning engine that connects premium advertisers with their target audiences across connected TV and digital platforms.
You will work on both frontend and backend development, building and maintaining the web applications and services that power our advertising platform. You will be responsible for developing user interfaces, APIs, and backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle.
