As a Recruiting Sourcer Contractor supporting project team, you will identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified talent for current and anticipated hiring needs. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand requirements, execute targeted sourcing strategies, and document activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Identify prospective candidates using job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), talent communities, networking, referrals, and direct search techniques.
- Conduct initial outreach to assess candidate interest, basic qualifications, and alignment to role needs.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future requisitions.
- Partner with recruiters to calibrate on profiles, refine search criteria, and continuously improve candidate flow and quality.
- Track and document sourcing activity, outreach, responses, and candidate interactions accurately in the ATS (PeopleSoft).
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, pipeline health, and sourcing market feedback (e.g., availability, compensation signals, competitor activity).
- Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience throughout outreach and early-stage engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruiting sourcing experience (agency or in-house), with demonstrated success filling professional roles.
- PeopleSoft experience: Intermediate proficiency, including Strategic Sourcing workflows and disciplined ATS documentation.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and at least one major job board.
- Strong written outreach and verbal screening skills; ability to tailor messaging to target profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting consulting, technology, corporate functions, or project-based hiring.
- Familiarity with compliance-minded documentation practices and process adherence.
- Experience using sourcing automation tools (e.g., CRM/talent pools) and reporting on sourcing metrics
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $40 - $45 per hour.
The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
