This position is designed for people who excel with children and thrive in active environments. At Unbound Academy's completely virtual, tuition-free charter model, students advance rapidly through academics using AI tools, then dedicate the remainder of their day to live, interactive workshops centered on life skills, teamwork, and self-assurance. Your responsibility is to ensure those experiences run seamlessly and feel meaningful for students.
You'll serve as the glue that holds the experience together. You'll facilitate transitions, assist small groups, maintain high energy, and provide support when a student needs motivation or guidance. You won't deliver content instruction—but the experience cannot succeed without you.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
