Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on people leader to manage a multi-disciplinary team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Content Strategists/Writers based in India. This leader will be accountable for day-to-day execution, team health, delivery quality, and cross-functional coordination, while operating within a matrixed global organization.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable coaching individuals, resolving execution challenges, and collaborating with global product, engineering, design, and business leaders. Success in this role depends on strong judgment, clarity of communication, cultural fluency, and the ability to balance local team leadership with global alignment.
