About the role
Hightouch is building an AI platform for marketing and growth teams. It’s not just about the LLM hype though!
1) You’ll get to work with a sharp team and we won’t waste your time in interviews - across three interviews we assess based on systems design conversations and a manager chat, no leetcode
2) Real marketing teams at companies you’ve heard of have used our agentic products to plan, design, and ship campaigns in days, instead of the usual weeks/months
3) The foundation that we’ve built over the past 5 years - building on top of data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks, and solving some complex distributed systems and real-time streaming systems problems on top - give us an edge over legacy players who require complex data integrations
4) We’re doing great in the market - we doubled our ARR over the last year and plan to do it again
