Project Delivery Coordinator

Work You'll Do/Responsibilities As a Project Delivery Coordinator , you will support day-to-day delivery operations for a global enterprise client focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening cross-functional coordination, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams to keep project activities on track.

• Coordinate project schedules, maintain workplans and RAID logs, and support weekly/monthly status reporting and dashboard updates.
• Partner with client and vendor teams to track deliverables, monitor progress, and help ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document notes, capture action items, and follow up on next steps to support strong delivery cadence.
• Facilitate clear stakeholder communication by sharing updates, escalating risks/issues, and helping teams stay informed on priorities and timelines.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Qualifications Required

• 1+ years of experience in a project coordination, operations, analyst, or similar support role.
• 1+ years of experience supporting project tracking activities such as workplans, status reporting, action logs, or risk/issue tracking.
• 1+ years of exposure to CRM tools, reporting platforms, or dashboard-building tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• 1+ years of experience demonstrating strong written and verbal communication, including documentation of meeting notes, status updates, and follow-ups.
• 1+ years of experience working within defined processes, standard procedures, or structured operational environments with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
