As a DevOps engineer, you focus on preventing failures before they occur rather than simply responding to them. If you're drawn to dissecting complex legacy infrastructure, architecting more efficient systems, and eliminating manual work through automation, this opportunity is for you. We need a DevOps and AWS infrastructure specialist who excels in demanding environments where 99.9% uptime is the baseline expectation. Your work will span a portfolio of acquired products—each with distinct characteristics—as you migrate them into a unified, scalable AWS environment and implement monitoring and automation that minimize incident frequency.
While most organizations ask you to support a single technology stack, we need you to unify and refine multiple stacks without causing disruptions. Where others separate databases, we take the opposite approach, strategically consolidating them to improve cost efficiency and simplify management across our product portfolio. This position isn't suited for someone content with maintaining existing infrastructure; it's designed for someone who encounters fragmented, inconsistent environments and immediately envisions how to improve them.
Your ownership will extend from infrastructure migrations through AI-driven automation, performance optimization, database migration, and cost management. This includes troubleshooting and resolving existing issues, planning and executing cloud migrations with minimal downtime, and using AI/ML-powered workflows to automate significant portions of operational work. You'll have genuine decision-making authority over infrastructure—no delays waiting for sign-off from stakeholders who lack technical depth.
If you're a self-directed problem-solver who enjoys untangling complicated systems and ensuring they operate reliably, this role will engage you fully. If you require significant guidance, find multiple technology stacks overwhelming, or prefer greenfield projects over bringing order to existing complexity, this position won't suit you. If you're prepared to assume ownership of a high-impact infrastructure role with opportunities to build, optimize, and automate at scale, submit your application now!
