As Family Engagement Coordinator, you will guide each family's experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and excellence. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and maintain precise applicant data that supports sound enrollment decisions.
If you excel in dynamic, purpose-driven settings—where attentiveness, structure, and accuracy directly influence family experience and enrollment success—this hybrid role provides both remote flexibility and consistent in-person involvement at key admissions activities.
What You Will Be Doing Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished communication to prospective families (both digitally and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on-site or virtual
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day visits
Maintain current and accurate admissions systems, records, and outreach tracking

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
