RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between ideation, production, and publishing of short-form content
Convert raw ideas into structured, shoot-ready scripts with strong hooks and storytelling
Manage the end-to-end content pipeline to ensure consistent and timely output
Collaborate closely with videographers, editors, and marketing teams for smooth execution
Analyze viral trends across social platforms and apply insights to content strategy
Improve content performance by optimizing hooks, pacing, and audience retention
Oversee shoot planning and post-production workflows to maintain quality and speed
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and proactively resolve them
Ensure content aligns with brand goals and performance metrics
Balance creative thinking with execution to deliver impactful content consistently
What Makes You a Great Fit
1-3 years of experience in content creation, production, or creative strategy
Strong understanding of short-form content formats such as Reels, Shorts, and digital ads
Proven ability to write engaging, high-retention scripts
Deep understanding of digital trends, internet culture, and audience behavior
Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute ideas quickly and efficiently
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual engagement
Basic knowledge of video production or editing is an advantage
Familiarity with performance-driven content and Meta ads is a plus
Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on execution and results
