In this role, you'll drive our mission to build the Amazon brand through innovative, measurable, and high-impact digital programmatic campaigns, strategic development and operation and automation improvements in the digital media space.
The Digital Media Manger role is multi-faceted, you will support two key workstreams: 1.) Digital Media Planning and Buying, your priority will be developing MODE’s in-house YouTube and Programmatic capabilities, working with external and internal agencies, our internal Amazon DSP team and other Prime and Marketing Performance teams to drive the most effective Brand Campaigns, you will also will help deliver guidance on paid digital media frameworks, strategy development and digital acceleration projects, for overarching Pan-EU campaign implementation. This role will span across 1P, 2P and 3P digital campaigns, 2.) Digital Operations, you will work closely with the wider media planning team and external agency to develop operational improvements to process, Ai implementation and planning and buying efficiencies to ultimately evolve how Amazon delivers digital media to it’s customers.
A day in the life
Start your day at LHR16, level 7, connecting with the MODE and XCM Media teams over coffee to align on priorities and discuss urgent campaign needs. Once at your desk, review overnight performance across all EU programmatic digital campaigns , identifying optimization opportunities and flagging issues with the Digital Media Specialist and agency partners.
Your morning continues with planning alignment sessions where you'll review activation plans for upcoming Pan-EU brand campaigns, providing expert guidance on programmatic capabilities and YouTube strategies with internal and external agencies. Then meet with internal stakeholders from Prime and Marketing Performance teams to ensure alignment on cross-functional initiatives and measurement approaches.
As you move into the afternoon, focus on operational excellence development, campaign reporting and programmatic testing workstreams. Building out AI tools and automation improvements to enhance planning, buying and reporting efficiencies. Complete post campaign analysis and discuss results with Media Leads, and take those learnings into the Digital test & learn roadmap. As the day winds down, conduct final performance reviews, prepare reports for your MODE Team Lead, and ensure the Digital Media Specialist has clear direction for tomorrow.
About The Team We're seeking a dynamic Digital Media Manager to join our EU Marketing & Prime organization in London. You'll be part of the MODE (Media Operations, Data & Execution) team, a specialized unit within our EU XCM (Cross-Channel, Cross-Country Marketing) Media team.
