Why This Role Matters You will be the first point of contact for many merchants discovering GoKwik. This role plays a critical part in converting interest into intent and intent into long-term partnerships. Every call, demo, and follow-up directly impacts revenue growth and merchant success. You will act as the voice of GoKwik to future customers, helping them understand how our products solve real business problems.
What You'll Own Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and discovery to closure.
Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CXOs, and senior marketing/growth leaders at D2C brands
Drive performance against aggressive volume and revenue targets
Run solution-led conversations, product demos, and commercial negotiations
Work closely with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to align merchant needs with product capabilities
Build a strong pipeline of high-intent brands and consistently improve conversion metrics
Create long-term partnerships by ensuring strong account handover and post-sale alignment
Who You Are Strong network in the D2C ecosystem with experience selling to senior stakeholders is a plus.
Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets in fast-paced environments.
Strong storytelling, solution selling, and negotiation skills
Comfortable selling high-growth / evolving products with ambiguity
