About This Role Business Unit Overview: BlackRock Finance & Strategy (F&S) encompasses disciplines such as Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning, Accounting Policy, Tax, Business Management, Treasury, and Corporate Strategy and Development.
Finance Information & Analytics (FIA), a core function within F&S, delivers the metrics that shape BlackRock’s strategy, client reach, product breadth, and financial performance. By integrating firm-wide and industry data, FIA drives advanced analytics and reporting, leveraging technology and automation to provide transparent, scalable insights. FIA also manages the firm’s proprietary market database, a critical resource supporting teams across the business.
Based in Gurgaon (India), this role serves as a critical link between market and firm-level financial insights and business intelligence. The position is responsible for analyzing industry trends across all investment and client segments, tracking the global asset management ecosystem, developing intuitive Power BI dashboards, and delivering high-impact MI reporting that supports the firm’s strategic objectives.
