Role: Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Experience: 7-11 Years

Job Location: Noida / Nagpur

JD : Kindly refer end of the post

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Required Technical Skill Set:

Category Management, and Management of strategic sourcing, RFx (RFQ, RFP, RFI) Management, Tender document creation, Conducting Sourcing Events, Supplier Selection and Qualification, Contract creation, Negotiation and contract management etc.

Required Skills

Must have:

• Category Management , and Management of strategic sourcing, RFx (RFQ, RFP, RFI) Management , Tender document creation , Conducting Sourcing Events, Supplier Selection and Qualification, Contract creation , Negotiation and contract management etc.
• Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP ERP
• Indirect category exposure like Advertising, Marketing, Travel, Facilities etc .

Good-to-Have

• Service industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Event Management:

• Manage and understand business requirements for inclusion in the Business Case and obtain financial approval to proceed
• Finalize the specification and develop commercial tender documents which are aligned with British Council’s requirements and suitable to go to market
• Manage low-value sourcing events in line with relevant policies
• Evaluate & select suppliers in line with relevant policies
• Draft & perform Quality Assurance on Contracts
• Upload and manage e-Commercial Contracts
• Liaising with client for any changes in the Policies
