Overview
Intuit is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner 2 to provide seamless, high-impact administrative support to the Vice President of Finance, Legal and Privacy Technology and two Directors reporting to the VP. This role requires a proactive and agile problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing complex calendars and competing priorities across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate brings exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a resourceful approach to building trusted relationships across the Intuit ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Report directly to the VP of Enterprise Finance, Legal and Privacy Tech, providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the VP and two Directors within the organization.
Build strong, trusted relationships with the VP, direct leadership teams, and key stakeholders across the organization
Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, requiring deep understanding of company operations, policies, and procedures
Own complex, high-volume calendar management, proactively anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, and driving outcomes with minimal direction
Orchestrate and prioritize the competing professional and personal demands of senior leadership to ensure optimal use of time and focus
Develop close partnerships across the Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) communities to drive collaboration and best practices
Partner effectively across organizational boundaries to deliver business outcomes and support strategic initiatives
Rapidly absorb background, context, and evolving priorities to enable independent thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making with limited information
Plan and execute events, including large meetings, off-sites, leadership sessions, and team engagement or motivation events
Collect, prepare, and synthesize materials for senior leadership discussions, meetings with executive staff with internal and external executives
Serve as a point of contact for high-level internal and external relationships involving sensitive or confidential matters
Tackle problems of varied scope and complexity, applying both data analysis and professional judgment to recommend solutions
Interface directly and confidently with senior leaders across the organization
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, when applicable
Maintain and update organizational charts for the functional group or business unit
Prepare, submit, and track purchase orders, expenses, and related financial documentation
Operate as a strong team player, collaborating effectively with peers and contributing positively to the broader organization
Actively participate as a member of the EABP team (10 members), including attending EABP staff meetings and participating in team events
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders at the executive administrative level
Demonstrated ability to exercise exceptional discretion and sound judgment, handling highly confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity
Proven leadership and teaming capabilities
Highly motivated self-starter who operates independently, moves fluidly between tasks, and approaches challenges as opportunities to create win-win solutions
Strong anticipatory skills, with the ability to plan ahead, identify potential issues, and proactively address both known and unforeseen needs
High degree of adaptability and resilience, able to embrace change, pivot quickly, and maintain effectiveness in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated perseverance, consistently seeing initiatives through to completion despite ambiguity or obstacles
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and leverage new tools and systems to increase efficiency
Strong proficiency with Windows desktop applications and Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comfortable working with office equipment and digital tools required to support executive operations efficiently

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $52/hr - $70/hr
