About The Role Glean is seeking an experienced Billing Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional programs across billing, invoicing, payments, and revenue operations at Glean. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Finance, RevOps, and GTM, owning multi-quarter initiatives that evolve how we monetize Glean: from pricing and packaging and usage-based/seat-based models, to billing infrastructure, tax & compliance integrations, and reporting and controls. This is a highly visible role where you will drive clarity in ambiguity, design and run rigorous execution frameworks, and ensure we can ship reliable, compliant, and scalable billing capabilities that keep pace with our product and business growth.

Compensation & Benefits The standard base salary range for this position is $198,000 - $235,500 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
