
Role: Change Lead
**Start Date : Early January
**Contract Length: 6 months likelihood of extensions
**Location: London 3-4 days onsite
**Rate: Open to discussion
**Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
à Lead the change management for the solution workstream (new tech) global roll out, ensuring the successful delivery of change across global teams.
à Collaborate with programme and functional leaders to define clear change scope and outcomes that align with the transformation goals.
à Execute all change deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications, engagement, and training.
à With the Workstream Lead:
à Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, ensuring sustained results.
à Work with the Training provider to ensure all inputs required to shape the training approach and assets are provided.
à As an integral member of the overall Change & Enablement team, collaborate and guide other team members to create change deliverables to an exceptional standard.
**What You Will Bring to the Role:
à Experience leading change and enablement on major transformation programmes, preferably on a global scale.
à Experience leading change for HCM system implementations, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, and skills technology.
à Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables across multiple formats.
à Expertise in delivering large-scale change management strategies with proven, measurable results across communications and engagement, change impacts analysis, training strategy and plan.
à In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
à A strong track record of working in global organisations, understanding the complexities of diverse cultures, stakeholders, and change needs.
à A collaborative mindset
à Experience within financial services or management consulting is a plus but not essential.************
