Job Description As OCI’s development pipeline expands, actionable insights, strong data governance, and consistent reporting are essential to supporting informed decision-making at scale. The Business Intelligence function plays a critical role in improving operational efficiency, driving cross-functional visibility, and enabling leadership to make data-backed investments and risk-aware decisions.
OCI is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to join OCI's Planning and Strategic Initiatives (PSI) team. We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical individual with strong communication skills to help the organization meet its strategic and financial objectives. Responsibilities will include translating disparate and complex data sets into actionable insights across OCI's strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in business operations and analytics, with a passion for data and strong ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
Responsibilities Owner: Own areas of the business for building custom analysis and dashboards to drive our stakeholders to action. You'll need to be comfortable swimming in SQL while surfacing to explain clearly to executive audiences, the insights. You must thrive in building performant and robust data pipelines.
Subject Matter Expert: Not only do you deeply understand the areas you will work in, but you are also gifted at explaining the "so what" to stakeholders. You will build and develop relationships across organizations and define new operational strategies, working with the leadership team on special projects.

Clear Communicator: You regularly communicate project status, updates and potential risk to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and approachable way.

Data Analytics & Insights: Gather, model, analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data to develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate business insights and drive data supported strategies. This will include creating executive level dashboards with drill down capabilities for leadership exploration.
Feature/Driver Engineering: Improve data quality through anomaly detection, reconciliation and automated checks. Explore and research data and answer strategic business questions, with data transformation, statistical analyses, or machine learning methods.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 - $178,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
