Responsibilities:

Research Mastery: Take ownership of comprehensive user research initiatives, diving deep into user behaviours, preferences, and pain points. Your mission? Uncover insights that inform and elevate our product offerings.
Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong alliances with product managers, designers and engineers, collaborating seamlessly to translate research findings into impactful product enhancements. It's not just about data – it's about understanding the human element behind it.
Innovative Insights: Be the driving force behind innovative research methodologies and practices, setting new standards in user research. Your insights will be the catalyst for transformative product experiences.
Clear Communication: Articulate research findings with finesse, ensuring stakeholders across the organisation comprehend the significance and implications. From technical wizards to non-tech enthusiasts, your insights resonate with everyone.
Mentorship Maven: Share your wealth of research expertise, mentoring and empowering team members to hone their skills and excel in their roles. Together, we elevate the standard of user-centricity.

Research Wizardry: Proficient in a wide array of research methodologies, you're adept at uncovering actionable insights that drive product innovation.
Effective Communicator: Your ability to convey complex research findings in a clear and compelling manner is unparalleled. Bonus points for making data visualisation a captivating experience.
