Technology Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect with an experience of 12+Years with strong hands‑on expertise in embedded hardware system design to architect and deliver complex embedded and medical device systems. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of hardware architecture, design, validation, and technical leadership across cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver embedded and medical device systems compliant with safety and regulatory standards
• Define system architecture, evaluate design alternatives, and perform optimal HW–SW partitioning
• Lead complete hardware development lifecycle including design, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing readiness
• Review schematics and PCB layouts, define validation strategies, and drive technical excellence
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and cross‑functional engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on emerging technologies
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and delivery timelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in electronics design and embedded system development
• Hands-on expertise in high‑speed multilayer PCB design , board bring‑up, and validation
• Experience using EDA tools including Cadence Allegro PCB Editor
• Strong understanding of signal integrity , controlled impedance design, and EMI/EMC
• Design experience with DDR3/LPDDR3, USB 3.0, PCIe, SATA, HDMI
• Experience with wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, GPS)
• Exposure to DFM/DFT , manufacturing, and prototyping
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
