This structure allows you to focus on work that produces lasting impact: facilitating high-energy sessions on public speaking, concentration, and peer feedback. Using live analytics, you'll motivate students to complete every learning target. You'll also coach the Guides on your team. Your resources include data systems, a documented methodology, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.
A typical morning may begin with individual coaching for a Guide, analyzing Coachbot data to pinpoint where a group is underperforming. By lunch you're delivering a live workshop to students, executing a scripted activity on constructive feedback exchange. Afternoons transition to motivational interventions: meeting with individual students, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and leveraging Alpha's reward infrastructure—virtual currency and ranking systems—to re-engage a disengaged seventh grader. Because you manage your own cohort, you maintain fluency in the competencies you're coaching others to master.
You will be measured on three commitments: students demonstrate enthusiasm for school, they progress academically at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they acquire practical competencies. Coaching other Guides begins immediately. As you produce results consistently, your authority over campus-wide program standards expands.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
