About The Role As the EMEA regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Building & Technical Operations, you'll be the driving force behind our workplace infrastructure reliability across ~ 20 locations. You'll govern how building services are operated and maintained across the region, providing crucial technical expertise while steering performance against global standards. You will work in close relationship with the individual Location Operations Managers and exchange with the SME's from other regions.

About The Team The Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) team is responsible for maintaining workplace excellence. We ensure our facilities provide safe, compliant, and productive environments through strategic governance and operational expertise. Our team works in a matrix structure where Location Operations Managers handle day-to-day execution while regional experts like you provide technical governance and assurance that maintains our high standards.
About You You're a technical operations professional who combines hands-on expertise with strategic thinking. You excel at translating technical requirements into practical solutions and work well with stakeholders across a matrix organization. Your attention to detail ensures compliance, while your problem-solving abilities keep operations running smoothly even during critical incidents. You feel comfortable communicating between technical expert and management level.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
For the United Kingdom, the base salary range for this position is between £68,000 and £102,000 for a full-time role.
The Specific Salary Offered Considers
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
